A person asks an AI assistant to create an invoice and receives a downloadable InvoicePig PDF.

Connect in three steps

  1. Choose your AI client and add the InvoicePig server.
  2. Sign in to your own InvoicePig account and approve the connection.
  3. Ask for an invoice, confirm any missing details, and open the returned download link.

Open Cursor’s MCP settings and add this remote server configuration:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "invoicepig": {
      "url": "https://invoicepig.com/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Save the server, start it, and approve InvoicePig when your browser opens.

Use the URL exactly as shown. Do not add an API key, bearer token, command, or manual authorization header.

Try your first invoice

Copy this request into your connected AI assistant:

Create an invoice from Northstar Studio to Acme Corp for 10 hours of product design at $100 per hour. Use invoice number INV-2026-0042, USD, today's date, and a due date 14 days later. Ask me to confirm tax and payment details before generating the PDF.

Your assistant should ask before guessing an important missing value.

What happens next

  1. Confirm the facts. Check the issuer, customer, dates, currency, line items, tax, and payment details.
  2. Generate the invoice. InvoicePig creates one PDF or up to 10 PDFs in a batch.
  3. Download the result. Open the private PDF or ZIP link within 15 minutes.
